Outdoors

Big Clifty Boat Ramp
A popular area for canoes and kayaks, many people launch from Big Clifty Park to paddle through Hogscald Hollow, which provides beautiful waterfalls, especially after a rain. You can also put your boat in and enjoy the entire lake from this nearby amenity.

Bike or Hike at Lake Leatherwood
Lake Leatherwood is home to some of Northwest Arkansas’ most premier downhill mountain bike trails with two hubs, seven distinct trails, and innumerable option lines. For pass, shuttle, and direction inquiries, please call (479) 253-2866, ext.3, or email trails@eurekaparks.com

Tea Kettle Falls
This one is a free-for-all, no contact or guarantees, but very cool spot. When you park, there are two paths, either down the road to the trailhead, or go right down an access road. Both go to the same place, but going right down the access road will add an extra mile. This is a moderate to hard hike due to the elevation. Once down in the bottom, you will have to walk the creek bed because the trail is overgrown.
